| The New England Holocaust Memorial is located in Boston’s Carmen Park. It features 6 luminous glass towers etched with six million numbers in memory of the Jews who perished in the Holocaust. It’s towers are set on black granite paths each over a dark smoldering chamber bearing the name of one of principal Nazi death camps. |

| Park Street Church on the right founded in 1808. The church quickly became known as "Brimstone Corner", though whether this was for the storage of gunpowder during the War of 1812 or for the fiery sermons delivered from the corner balcony overlooking Boston Common. |
| The Old South Meeting House on the left was the organizing point for the Boston Tea Party in 1773. 5,000 colonists gathered at the Meeting House, the largest building in Boston at the time. This is the 2nd oldest building in the US. |
| The Old State House is a historic building located at the intersection of Washington and State Streets. Built in 1713 it is the oldest surviving public building in Boston . The cobblestone ring on the traffic island at the Devonshire and State Street intersection marks the site where five colonists were killed by a British guard of nine soldiers on March 5, 1770. - This building was the foreground for the Boston Massacre. In 1776 the Declaration of Independence was read from the balcony. |
